Through this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (“TRCA”) is soliciting proposals from a suitable lead consultant with multi-disciplinary project integration experience and high value project implementation taking key precedent projects from conceptual to final construction. This consultant will lead a team to develop detailed designs of the Vale of Avoca watercourse, slope stability analysis of at-risk locations pre-determined by the Yellow Creek Geomorphic systems Master Plan (GSMP) and trail and access improvements.
