Description: 

Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA), in partnership with Parks Canada, the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville and York Region, is seeking Proposals from a qualified consultant to develop a feasibility study and detailed designs for the development and enhancement of a continuous and integrated system of multi-use trails connecting between Downtown Stouffville and Rouge National Urban Park. The main objective of the project is to improve overall connectivity between Downtown Stouffville and the existing trail system within Rouge National Urban Park.
