TRCA is soliciting Bids from interested suppliers to be included in a Vendors of Record (VOR) list to supply and deliver topsoil on an as-needed basis throughout TRCA jurisdiction to support TRCA project needs. TRCA projects include, but are not limited to, various engineering, erosion control, flood protection, and habitat restoration works. TRCA jurisdiction spans 9 watersheds that fall within the boundaries of the Region of Peel and Dufferin County, York Region, Durham Region, and the City of Toronto. |
