Description: 

The Owner is inviting Bids from qualified Bidders to provide goods and services (the “Work”) to perform Work to upgrade the parking lot lighting and security infrastructure as well as install Electric Vehicle Chargers for guests and staff. This retrofit project is in support of the new TRCA Administration Building Project and includes supply and install of new parking lot lighting and poles, underground conduit and supply wire, aerial hydro wire, fibre optic cable as well as install and commissioning of new security cameras and emergency call boxes. In addition to electrical and security upgrades the Contractor shall supply and install four (4) new ChargePoint EV chargers. Details are further described in Division 01 General Requirements - 01 11 00 Summary of Work.
