Toronto & Region Conservation Authority (“TRCA”) maintains Vendors of Record (“VOR”) lists for multiple goods and services, across varying industries. This contract is for the Vendors of Record for rental of office and storage contained and associated transportation services. The goods provided through this VOR will primarily be implemented in a variety of Construction Services projects TRCA is managing, but may required by other business units within TRCA on an as-needed basis. |

As per the RFQ documents, the three lowest bids for each pricing category were selected as the preferred bidders for this Vendors of Record. The submitted bid results are as follows:
- Williams Scotsman of Canada Inc.: $44,000
- United Rentals of Canada, Inc.: $63,325
After a comprehensive evaluation of all bids received, the following Bidders have been awarded contracts for a position on TRCA’s Vendors of Record for Rental of Office and Storage Containers, as they were the lowest three (3) quotations:
- Williams Scotsman of Canada Inc.: $44,000
- United Rentals of Canada, Inc.: $63,325
