Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (“TRCA”) is soliciting Proposals for a comprehensive re-branding of the Village at Black Creek, currently using the name Black Creek Pioneer Village. To support the renaming of Black Creek Pioneer Village (BCPV) to Village at Black Creek (VBC) through a comprehensive rebranding strategy. The Scope of Work is described in more detail in Part 5 – Scope of Work. |
