Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) is inviting Bids from qualified Bidders to provide construction services to implement multiple electrical improvements to select components of the existing electrical grid within Albion Hills Conservation Park located in Palgrave (16500 Hwy 50). The Project includes, but is not limited to, the following: - Upgrades to two (2) main outdoor electrical vaults including replacement of the electrical panels within the vaults. - Installation of new hydro lines, lighting (including light fixtures and switches), and receptacles to three (3) existing picnic shelters and washrooms and two (2) proposed picnic shelters and washrooms within the park. - Installation of new hydro lines, light poles, and light fixtures at four (4) road intersections. - Installation of walkway lighting at the Field Center and installation of walkway lighting at the Chalet. The work for this Contract includes furnishing labour, materials, equipment, services, and other related expenses to execute complete items of work specified under the Contract Documents. The main objective of the Albion Hills Conservation Park Electrical Upgrades, Phase I, is to improve components of the existing electrical grid. The improvements will provide a safe, reliable, and consistent power supply to park users. |
