Through this Request for Pre-Qualification (“RFPQ”), Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (“TRCA”) will pre-qualify general contractors for the East Humber River Bank Stabilization project, located in the City of Vaughan. The Project requires in-water work to repair and replace a failing armourstone wall within the East Humber River. The retained engineering consultant has proposed the construction of a new armourstone wall and vegetated rock buttress hybrid in addition to channel and bank grading works and the placement of habitat features.
