The intent of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from a qualified engineering consulting firm specializing in bridge design, with support from a Water Resources (Geomorphology), Structural and Geotechnical Engineer. The successful proponent will undertake engineering analyses and develop a detailed design for a new bridge in TRCA's Greenwood Conservation Lands in the City of Pickering.
