Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) is seeking a Consultant/Consulting Firm to prepare a Visitor Experience Plan (VEP) for Tommy Thompson Park (TTP), to encompass the entirety of the Leslie Street Spit, which will present a framework of possibilities for enhancing visitor experience at TTP. The VEP will identify priorities that consider the current urban context and visitor needs, while preserving, protecting, and enhancing the park’s ecological integrity, consistent with the TTP Master Plan.
